Terms of Use
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and the Lastamp team (“we”, “us”), the developer of Lastamp, a single-player mobile arcade game. By downloading or playing the game, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
In short
- Lastamp is free to play with ads. The Full version is an optional one-time purchase through Apple.
- Cores and cells are earned in the game only. They cannot be bought with money and have no cash value.
- Your progress is stored only on your iPhone. Deleting the app deletes it.
- Play fair: no cheats, hacks or copies of the game.
- Your phone matters more than a run: keep enough charge for emergencies and take breaks.
About these terms
You get Lastamp from the App Store under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula). These terms add rules specific to Lastamp. If they conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA applies.
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the app, its content and support, and for any claims about it. Apple has no obligation to maintain or support the app.
If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, use the app only with the permission of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.
Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play Lastamp for your own non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store Usage Rules.
The game is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors keep all rights to Lastamp, including its name, code, art, sounds and music. You may share screenshots and videos of your own play, for example in reviews and streams, as long as you do not present them as official.
Fair play
When you use Lastamp, do not:
- copy, modify, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the app, except where the law expressly allows it;
- use cheats, bots, hacks, modified versions or tools that change the game, your progress or the currencies;
- bypass or tamper with the ads, the in-app purchase or its verification;
- interact with ads by automated or fraudulent means;
- sell, rent, sublicense or distribute the app or any part of it;
- remove copyright or other notices, or use the app in a way that breaks the law.
Ads and third parties
The free version shows optional rewarded videos (you choose to watch one, for example to revive or to get more cores) and occasional ads between runs. Ads are served by Google AdMob. Advertised products belong to third parties: we do not control or endorse them, and any deal with an advertiser is between you and them.
The app relies on third-party services (Google AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, Google User Messaging Platform and Apple) that operate under their own terms. How your data is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy: lastamp.github.io/privacy
Full version and purchases
The Full version (com.lastamp.game.full) is an optional one-time in-app purchase. It unlocks the content and benefits described in the app at the time of purchase and removes forced ads. Rewarded videos stay available as an optional bonus.
Apple processes the payment under its own terms, and the price is shown in the App Store before you pay. We never see your payment details. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a purchase is refunded or revoked, the Full version is removed from the app.
On a new or reset iPhone, tap “Restore purchase” on the Full version screen while signed in with the same Apple ID.
Cores and cells
Cores and cells are in-game currencies. You earn them only in the game: cores from runs and optional rewarded videos, cells from the battery charge you spend while playing. They cannot be bought with real money. The Full version adds a bonus to the cores you earn from runs.
Cores, cells and everything you unlock with them are part of your licence to play. They have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged for money or refunded. We may change how they are earned, what they buy and how much things cost, for example to balance the game in an update.
Battery, health and safety
Lastamp reads your iPhone’s battery level and charging state, and pays more cores when you start a run on a lower charge. It does not control charging or change any settings on your phone. Nothing in the game requires a low battery.
Your phone matters more than a run:
- keep enough charge for calls, navigation and emergencies;
- plug in whenever you need to: the run goes on, it just pays fewer cores;
- stop if your phone gets hot, and use safe, certified chargers;
- take regular breaks.
The game uses bright, flashing and fast-moving effects. If you have epilepsy or have ever had a seizure, talk to a doctor before playing. Stop at once if you feel dizzy, sick or unwell.
Updates and your progress
We may update Lastamp to fix bugs, balance the game, or add, change or remove features. We do not promise that the game or any feature will always be available, and we may stop offering it.
Your progress is stored only on your device. There are no accounts or servers of ours, so we cannot restore lost progress. Deleting the app erases it, although a device backup may keep a copy.
Warranties and liability
We work hard to make Lastamp fun and stable, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranties beyond those in these terms and the Standard EULA, and we do not promise that the game will be free of errors or interruptions.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for lost progress or data, and our total liability for any claim about the app is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for Lastamp and 50 US dollars.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud), or your rights under the consumer protection laws of your country.
Ending these terms
You can stop using Lastamp at any time by deleting it. If you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, your licence ends, and you must stop using the app and delete it. The sections “Cores and cells”, “Warranties and liability” and “Governing law and disputes” still apply after that.
Governing law and disputes
If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away the protection of the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim in the courts where you live.
If you have a problem with the game, write to us first: most issues can be solved by email.
If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a part of these terms, we have not waived it.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the game or the law changes. The effective date at the top always shows the current version, and we will point out significant changes in the update notes or in the app. If you keep playing after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply.
These terms are available in English, Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), German, French and Japanese. If a translation differs from the English text, the English version applies, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
